The Speed-Gripper is much more than just a gripper for emptying containers. The Speed-Gripper is the universal emptying device in the Villiger system and is suitable for all common crane systems – developed for maximum safety, efficiency and compatibility. Depending on the gripper design, it reliably and precisely grips and empties containers with mushroom hook or Easy-F90 mounting systems. The Speed-Gripper combines intelligent hydraulics with patented safety technology to create a robust emptying device.

  • Product details

    With its double clamping jaws, it secures the container on both sides and carries out the entire emptying process safely and without twisting. The hydraulic rotary motor enables controlled 360° movements, while the pendulum brake and automatic stroke limitation ensure stability and safety. Optionally, the Safety Pilot – a battery-powered shut-off valve – further increases operational safety.

    • Operating pressure: 210 bar (protected by a shock valve)
