The starting point
The Quadromat systems had been in daily use for several years and were beginning to show signs of wear and tear on the mechanics, insertion units and controls. The city required a reliable overhaul during ongoing operations – without prolonged downtime or restrictions for users.
The solution
Villiger carried out a full technical maintenance check. Mechanical components were replaced, seals were replaced, the control system was updated and safety-related components were checked. At the same time, the systems were calibrated and optimised for long-term operation. Quadromat systems now run more smoothly and reliably and require significantly fewer service calls.
